Danny Moore is Chief Operating Officer of NYSE Technologies.

Previously CEO of Wombat, a company acquired by NYSE Euronext in March 2008, Mr. Moore brings notable success in leading dynamic emerging companies serving the capital markets.

At Wombat, he extended the firm's product portfolio, established new customer bases throughout EMEA and Asia Pacific, managed the setup of its center of engineering excellence in Belfast, Northern Ireland and spearheaded the acquisition of Harco Technology Ltd.

Prior to joining Wombat in 2003, Mr. Moore contributed to the success of First Derivatives (representing Kx Systems) by helping to establish its US sales and marketing presence, whilst simultaneously developing its financial derivatives pricing software.
